Dark Chocolate…Healthy?

Dark chocolate is heavenly..and just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, turns out, its actually good for you.

Because its derived from cocoa beans, which grow on trees, its filled with natural plant nutirents.  It has natural antioxidants (same stuff  that made green tea, red grapes and blueberries so famous), reduces blood pressure and hypertension, and improves cardiovascular health.  Plus, mood-elevating chemicals– so it makes you feel better!

I think doctors should start prescribing dark chocolate instead of medicine… Hmmm…Maybe someday..

Enjoy responsibly… too much consumption may lead to unwanted side effects, such a weight gain 🙂
